The role requires strong negotiation skills, market intelligence, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers for nutraceutical ingredients, APIs, excipients, extracts, and packaging materials.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and supply agreements to secure optimal value for the Company.
• Coordinate end-to-end procurement activities in alignment with production plans and business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Company procurement policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and quality consistency.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of purchase orders, contracts, pricing agreements, and vendor communications.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify cost-saving and alternate sourcing opportunities.
• Work closely with Quality, R&D;, Regulatory, and Operations teams to ensure smooth material qualification and approvals.

• Knowledge of nutraceutical raw materials and supply markets
• Understanding of regulatory and quality requirements in the nutraceutical industry
• Ability to manage multiple vendors in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and cost-optimization mindset
