Job Description : Associate - Factory Accounts
Key Responsibilities:● Oversee plant-level financial operations, cost control, and budgeting.● Monitor production costs, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.● Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure compliance with company policies.● Support audits, MIS reporting, and monthly financial closures.● Partner with operations and procurement teams for cost optimization.
Requirements:● Experience in product costing and cost variance analysis is a must.● Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.● Hands-on experience with ERP and financial reporting tools preferred.
