About the Role:Sid's Farm is looking for a Lead - Warehousing to oversee the daily operations of theDistribution Center and coordinate dispatch activities at the Manchar Plant. The roleis responsible for ensuring efficient material movement from the Plant to theDistribution Center and onward to Dark Stores and B2B customers while maintaininginventory accuracy, dispatch timelines, and operational compliance.The position requires close coordination with Plant Operations, Transport, and LastMile teams to ensure smooth first-mile and mid-mile logistics while leadingwarehouse operations across multiple shifts.
Key Responsibilities:● Manage the day-to-day operations of the Distribution Center across alloperational shifts.● Supervise and guide Warehouse Executives and Plant Dispatch Executive toensure smooth daily execution.● Coordinate dispatch planning and material movement between the MancharPlant, Distribution Center, and Dark Stores.● Monitor stock receiving, storage, sorting, staging, loading, and dispatchactivities.● Ensure timely fulfillment of Dark Store replenishments and B2B dispatchrequirements.● Maintain inventory accuracy by ensuring proper stock handling, FIFOimplementation, and timely reconciliation of shortages and returns.● Monitor dispatch documentation, stock transfers, vehicle loading, andcompliance with operational SOPs.● Coordinate with Plant, Transport, and Last Mile Operations to ensureuninterrupted product flow.● Conduct regular warehouse and dispatch audits to maintain operationaldiscipline, housekeeping, and cold chain standards.● Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improveefficiency and service levels.● Ensure adherence to safety standards, warehouse compliance, anddocumentation processes.● Track daily operational performance and provide regular updates ondispatch, inventory, shortages, and material movement.

Desired Candidate Profile:● Graduate in any discipline; qualification in Supply Chain or Logistics ispreferred.● 3-7 years of experience in warehouse, dispatch, distribution, or logisticsoperations.● Experience in FMCG, Dairy, Food Processing, or Cold Chain operations will bean added advantage.● Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management,dispatch planning, and material movement.● Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems.● Willingness to travel regularly between the Distribution Center and MancharPlant.
