Warehouse Executive / Night shift

Job Title: Day/Night Operations Executive
Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Day/Night Operations Executive to join our Supply Chain department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility during both day and night shifts. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively lead a team.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations of the warehouse facility during both day and night shifts- Ensure all orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels- Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure efficient and accurate work performance- Implement and maintain operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs- Communicate with other departments to coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of goods- Resolve any operational issues that may arise during the day or night shifts- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other warehouse activities
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or related field- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within the supply chain department- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics- Communication and leadership skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
