About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and ambitious Chartered Accountant to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for a recently qualified looking to build a career in global treasury management and corporate taxation. You will play a key role in ensuring the financial health of our global operations by managing day-to-day liquidity, compliance with tax regulations, and delivering accurate financial reports. This role offers significant learning opportunities, direct exposure to cross-border financial operations, and mentorship from senior finance leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Global Treasury Operations
Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily cash positions across multiple global bank accounts and subsidiaries.Liquidity Planning: Assist in forecasting cash requirements to ensure optimal liquidity for operational needs.Fund Transfers & FX: Execute intercompany transfers and coordinate foreign exchange (FX) transactions in compliance with regulatory guidelines.Bank Relations: Serve as the point of contact for routine banking operations, documentation, and KYC compliance with a strong focus on execution
Tax Filings and Compliance
Direct & Indirect Tax: Assist in the preparation and filing of routine tax returns (TDS, GST, Income Tax) within statutory timeline for all the countries.Compliance Tracking: Maintain a tracker for all tax compliance deadlines to ensure 100% adherence to local and international tax laws.Documentation: Organize and maintain accurate tax documentation, support schedules, and audit trails for internal and external reviews.
Financial Reporting & MIS
Routine Reporting: Prepare monthly/quarterly treasury, tax and Adhoc reports for management review.Reconciliation: Perform periodic reconciliation of tax ledgers and bank accounts to ensure financial accuracy.Data Analysis: Support the finance team in collecting and validating data for statutory audits and due diligence processes.Audit Support: Assistance in statutory as well as internal audits
Qualifications and Desired Skills
Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified.Experience: 0–1 year of post-qualification experience in audit, tax, or finance operations.
Technical Skills:Strong grasp of the Income Tax Act, GST, and basic accounting principles (Ind-AS/IFRS).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) is mandatory.Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle) or accounting software is a plus.
Soft Skills:High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle data volumes effectively.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships, manage expectations, and drive timely closure.Eagerness to learn and adapt to dynamic, fast-paced environments.
