Job Title: Solar Site Engineer Experience Required: 3 to 4 Years Location: Mumbai Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Site Engineer to oversee and manage the installation and commissioning, of solar Rooftop power projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in solar PV systems and site execution, ensuring project quality, safety, and timely delivery.Key Responsibilities:•Supervise on-site installation of solar power systems (Rooftop).•Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and internal teams for smooth execution of projects.•Conduct site surveys, feasibility assessments, and layout planning.•Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.•Monitor daily site activities, prepare progress reports, and maintain project documentation.•Assist in commissioning and testing of installed systems.•Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.•Liaise with vendors, clients, and local authorities as required.•Ensure site material GRN completion on timely basis as required.
Qualifications & Skills:•Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.•3–4 years of hands-on experience in solar power project execution.•Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, modules, and balance of systems (BOS).•Familiarity with relevant electrical standards and safety procedures.•Good communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.•Willingness to travel to project sites daily and weekly basis in Mumbai region
