Key Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
Operational Management:Use tools like software or Excel to monitor and streamline execution processes.Cross-functional Coordination:Collaborate with internal teams such as Design and Customer Delight for smooth project execution..Follow-ups & Escalations:Ensure rigorous tracking of project milestones and stakeholder follow-ups.Customer Relationship Management:Handle queries, ensure smooth communication, and achieve customer delight.KPI Management:Set performance KPIs and ensure team adherence.Team Development:Encourage learning and development for continuous upskilling of the team.Secondary Responsibilities:
Recruitment:Support the hiring process for Project Coordinators when needed.Key Competencies:

Experience with statutory compliance workTechnical (Must-Have):

Experience in large C&I; rooftop solar projectsTravel & Accommodation:
Daily in-city travel required (own two-wheeler mandatory)Occasional intercity travel based on project needsMust arrange own accommodation
