Job Title: Project Manager - Liaison
Location :- Pan IndiaWork Arrangement: Field JobCompany - SolarSquare
Role Overview
The Liaison Executive will support project execution by handling key interactions with local DISCOMs, government bodies, and nodal agencies. This role is essential for ensuring timely approvals, permits, and smooth coordination for rooftop solar installations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and submission of applications for Net Metering and Subsidy approvalsCoordinate with local DISCOM offices and nodal agencies for timely project clearancesSupport the team in permit-related activities and documentationFollow up on the status of regulatory applications and keep internal stakeholders updatedMaintain records of approvals, NOCs, and correspondence with authoritiesProvide on-ground support during site visits and inspections by government authoritiesEnsure smooth liaisoning for Net Metering connections and subsidy processingAssist in building long-term relationships with key government stakeholdersSupport the Operations and Project Management team in meeting compliance timelines
Key Requirements
Education:
Minimum: Graduate (preferably in Engineering or Science discipline)Experience:
1–3 years of experience in liaisoning, field coordination, or government approvalsExperience in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector is a plus
Other Requirements
Good verbal and written communication skillsProficient in using Excel and basic reporting toolsWillingness to travel for field visits and meetingsAbility to manage local stakeholders and regulatory authoritiesStrong follow-up and coordination skills
