Job Title: Quotation ExecutiveJob Description:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Quotation Executive. In thisrole, you will be responsible for preparing and managing quotations for our clients. The ideal candidateshould possess a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, coupled with strong computer proficiency.We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a keen appetite for learning, and apassionate drive for success.Responsibilities:1. Quotation Preparation: Prepare accurate and detailed quotations for big & small projects, ensuring alltechnical aspects are considered.2. Project Analysis: Collaborate with engineering teams / technical personnel to understand theirrequirements and specifications for precise and comprehensive quotations.3. Documentation: Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation related to Enquiries, quotations,contracts, and project specifications.4. Communication: Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to gathernecessary information and ensure clarity in the quotation process.5. Computer Proficiency: Utilize inhouse computer software and tools to streamline the quotation process,including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities tocontribute to competitive and strategic pricing.7. Customer Interaction: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing inquiries andproviding necessary information to enhance customer satisfaction.8. Learning and Development: Demonstrate a hunger for learning by staying updated on the latestadvancements in electrical engineering and related technologies.9. Adaptability: Adapt to changes in project requirements, industry standards, and internal processes toensure the agility required in a dynamic work environment.10.
