We Are Hiring | Team Leader – MRO Procurement

📍 Location: Noida🏢 Function: EA AccountsWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – MRO Procurement to manage and lead procurement activities for EA Accounts.The ideal candidate should have strong experience in team handling, MRO consumable procurement, vendor management, commercial negotiation, and end-to-end procurement operations.🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team handling MRO procurement activities for EA Accounts.
• Manage the complete PR to PO cycle and ensure timely closure of procurement requirements.
• Handle procurement of MRO consumables, industrial supplies, maintenance items, and operational requirements.
• Develop, evaluate, and manage vendors to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
• Conduct commercial negotiations and drive cost optimization and savings.
• Ensure timely material availability and maintain strong OTIF performance.
• Monitor team productivity, procurement TAT, pending PR/PO, and individual performance.
• Resolve vendor, pricing, delivery, quality, and commercial issues.
• Analyze procurement data, spend, pricing, and supplier performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and EA Account teams for smooth procurement operations.
• Ensure proper utilization of SAP MM and compliance with procurement processes.
• Drive process improvement, standardization, and procurement efficiency.
• Review daily/weekly procurement MIS and ensure timely reporting.
• Support vendor development and identify new suppliers for critical and recurring requirements.
✅ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, MRO Procurement, or Category Management.
• Minimum 2–3 years of Team Handling / Leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in MRO consumables and industrial procurement.
• Good understanding of the complete PR to PO process.
• Strong vendor development, negotiation, and cost-optimization skills.
• Hands-on experience in SAP MM.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Experience in managing procurement TAT, OTIF, vendor performance, and team KPIs.
• Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / MBA – Procurement or Supply Chain preferred.
