• Manage daily store operations• Achieve sales targets (walk-in + B2B)• Manage team (relationship + inside sales + warehouse)• Ensure customer experience and conversion• Maintain store inventory and display• Procurement for BOS+MMS
KRA:-• Achieve Monthly and Yearly revenue at store level• Daily order fulfillment to be kept at 100%• Manage and Achieve targets of team (RM + IS + WH)• Customer Satisfaction (NPS to Improve)• Availability score to be kept above 90%• Manage Store cost (operational cost & Inventory control) at optimised level.
