Service Engineer
ITI or similar course
Job Role & Responsibilities• Check returned materials and generate the ARO.
• Inspect returned materials and determine whether they require repair or are in saleable condition.
• Coordinate the repair process for defective materials.
• After the Credit Note (CN) is processed, hand over the materials to the store team.
• Replace gearboxes as per the Delivery Note (DN).
