Key Responsibilities Site Identification & Feasibility • Identify and evaluate suitable commercial properties for offices, warehouses, Solar Marts and Industrial Marts.
• Conduct site feasibility assessments considering commercial, operational and business requirements.
• Recommend shortlisted sites to management with supporting feasibility inputs to enable timely decision-making.
Project Execution • Lead end-to-end execution from possession to operational handover.
• Manage civil modifications, interior fit-outs, branding and infrastructure development.
• Deliver projects within approved timelines, budgets and quality standards.
Infrastructure Readiness • Coordinate electrical infrastructure, power, DG/UPS, internet, networking, CCTV, access control, fire & safety, HVAC, furniture, signage, security, housekeeping, pantry and utilities to ensure operational readiness.
Vendor & Contractor Management • Manage architects, contractors, consultants and vendors.
• Negotiate commercials, monitor SLAs and certify work completion.
Project Governance • Prepare project schedules, budgets and milestone trackers.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks and present project status updates.
• Ensure successful project closure and business handover.
Desired Profile Education • BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, or Diploma in Civil Engineering, or Interior Designer.
Experience • 8–12 years of experience in Project Management, Infrastructure Development, Facilities or Corporate Administration.
• Experience in setting up offices, warehouses, retail outlets or industrial facilities.
• Experience managing multi-location projects across India.
