Job Description – Multibrand Quotation Executive
Position: Multibrand Quotation ExecutiveDepartment: Market Sourced (MRO) / MultibrandLocation: Vashi Integrated Solutions LimitedJob Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Multibrand Quotation Executive to prepare accurate and competitive quotations for a wide range of industrial products. The candidate will coordinate sales teams, and customers to ensure timely quotation submission while maintaining the desired turnaround time (TAT).Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and submit quotations for multibrand products as per customer requirements.
• Identify and source products from multiple OEMs and suppliers.
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain the best prices, lead times, and technical details.
• Compare multiple vendor quotations and recommend the most suitable option.
• Ensure quotations are accurate, commercially viable, and submitted within the defined TAT.
• Coordinate with Sales, Business Managers, and customers to resolve quotation-related queries.
• Maintain quotation records and update ERP/Salesforce systems.
• Work on high-value and priority enquiries with minimum errors.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Required Skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, basic formulas).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good analytical and commercial understanding.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple enquiries simultaneously.
Preferred Qualification
• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., BE/Diploma preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in quotation management, procurement, inside sales, or industrial product sourcing.
• Experience with ERP, Salesforce, SAP, or similar quotation software will be an added advantage.
