Job Description
Manage and grow relationships with assigned key customers.Achieve monthly and annual sales and gross margin targets.Generate new business from existing and new customers.Understand customer requirements and provide suitable industrial/MRO solutions.Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts.Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and technical teams for timely delivery.Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints quickly.Monitor market trends and competitor activities.Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain CRM/MIS.Follow up on collections and ensure payments are received within the credit period
