Summary:
The Field Partner Manager - POS is responsible for managing the Field Partner Team department and ensuring the successful implementation of Point of Sale (POS) solutions. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with field partners, overseeing POS projects, and driving business growth through effective partner management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage the Field Partner Team department and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with field partners to drive successful POS solution implementations.
• Oversee POS projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize POS solutions and drive business growth.
• Provide guidance and support to field partners to enhance their performance and meet targets.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2-8 years of experience in managing field partner teams or similar roles.
• Proven track record of successful implementation of POS solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
