Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Field Sales Team department as a Team Lead in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of professionals.

Roles and Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of Field Sales - Delhi to ensure successful implementation of projects and initiatives- Develop and implement strategies to achieve departmental goals and objectives- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance and productivity- Build and maintain strong relationships- Prepare and present reports on team performance and project outcomes to senior management
