Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Field Partner Team department as a Team Lead in Surat. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of professionals.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of Field Partners in Surat to ensure successful implementation of projects and initiatives- Develop and implement strategies to achieve departmental goals and objectives- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance and productivity- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders- Prepare and present reports on team performance and project outcomes to senior management

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field- 3-4 years of experience in a leadership role in the Field Partner Team department- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving goals- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Knowledge of project management principles and practices- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
