Job Description• We're looking for a Financial Analyst – Business Finance to track the financial performance of our dark stores and fulfilment network.
• You'll work closely with Operations to understand P&Ls;, identify where costs or margins are breaking, and drive corrective action.
• This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding, unstructured environment where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, we set a high bar, and we’re not for everyone.
• This is an in-person role (M-F office | Saturday remote) at our Gurgaon HQ.
Roles & responsibilities:• Own monthly P&L; and MIS tracking across dark stores, fulfilment centres and business units.
• Build and maintain store-level budgets and track actuals vs. plan.
• Analyse margins, costs and variances to identify where profitability is breaking.
• Partner directly with Operations to investigate gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Build financial dashboards and provide actionable insights to management.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-optimisation initiatives.
Qualifications:• 4–6 years of experience in Finance, FP&A;, Business Finance, or Financial Analysis.
• Strong command of Excel/Sheets, P&L; analysis, budgeting and MIS.
• Quick with numbers and able to turn financial data into business decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable challenging and working with Operations teams.
• High ownership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup.
• Quick Commerce, Ecommerce, Logistics or high-growth startup experience is a plus.
• BYOD: You must have your own laptop.
