Job Description:• We're looking for energetic and qualified Team Leads/Fleet Coaches - Last Mile to join our Quick Commerce Operations team across Bangalore.
• If you have a good network of 2W delivery partners across various zones in Bangalore, this is your opportunity to join India's leading quick commerce logistics platform.
• This is a field role based at our dark store, and you must be near any of the following locations: Kalyan Nagar, Thyagraja Nagar, JP Nagar, Begur, Sarjapur, Brookfield.
Roles & Responsibilities:• Sourcing & Managing Delivery Riders: Onboarding riders via personal and vendor network, training, tracking performance, and handling grievances/issues.
• Team Management: Reducing rider turnover and meeting delivery SLA goals.
• Handling Issues: Volume increases, rider payments, and customer complaints in real-time.
• MIS/Data Management: Preparing data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• End-to-end fleet operations for Delivery Executives / Riders. Daily fleet availability, utilization & productivity tracking
• Rider engagement and retention initiatives
Qualifications:• 1-4 years of Operations/Last-Mile experience at Quick Commerce/courier/logistics companies.
• Education: Graduate and above
• Team management, stakeholder management, & independent decision-making experience are a must.
• Must have an owner's mindset. We are looking for owners, not employees.
