Job Description
Motivated and customer-centric Inbound and Outbound Executive to manage customer queries through Voice Channels. The role requires excellent communication & Listening skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first attitude to deliver a seamless experience to VISL’s B2B and B2C customers.▪ Identifying customers’ needs, respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product information, order status, billing, returns, and services.▪ Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy ensuring first call resolution (FCR).▪ Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively, coordinate with warehouse, sales, accounts, and service teams to resolve customer issues.▪ Follow up customer calls wherever necessary▪ Rotational Shift
Qualification : ▪ Graduate with no work experience OR ▪ Undergraduate with at least 6 months experience. ➢ Skills Required : ▪ Basic Knowledge of computer usage like how to browse Internet and operate applications, MS Office applications like Word and Excel ▪ Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language proficiency is a plus). ▪ Strong customer handling skills with patience, empathy, and problem-solving attitude. ▪ Typing test 22 WPM with 90% Accuracy.
