Job Description

About Leap

Leap is one of the fastest-growing benefits solutions and a category-defining pioneer in employer specialty pharmacy. We are reshaping how life-changing therapies are delivered and financed, ensuring patients get the treatment they need while employers finally get a fair deal.

Specialty drugs and infusions represent nearly 10% of all healthcare spend and are the fastest-growing cost category for employers. Leap tackles this challenge with a novel approach: eliminating hidden markups, expanding access to high-quality infusion providers, and bringing clarity and fairness to how therapies are priced and paid for.

We’re proud to partner with numerous Fortune 500 companies and leading TPAs. Each patient we serve creates immediate ROI: lower costs, improved access, and better care. Join us as we redefine what’s possible in specialty care.

About the Role

Leap is expanding rapidly and is hiring a Manager, Client Strategy & Operations to build out the post-sale processes that ensure exceptional client delivery, strong ROI, and account expansion. This is an analytical, hands-on, deeply cross-functional role responsible for architecting the next iteration of Leap's client delivery engine.

You'll own and execute against key strategic pillars (see below) that will directly enable Leap's next phase of growth. You'll do this in close partnership with Sales, Operations, and our Analytics functions.

This position reports to the Director of Client Success.

What You'll Accomplish

Stand up the client delivery engine

• Define the architecture needed to support a growing client base and ensure consistent delivery

• Build the models the company uses to forecast member activation rates, cost savings, and top-line revenue

• Leverage AI to automate reporting and materials for recurring client meetings (e.g., Quarterly Business Reviews)

Set cross-functional priorities

• Work with the data and analytics team to define the tables and business logic needed to support client reporting

• Align with then member activation and marketing teams to measure the impact of lifecycle campaigns and program design variables

• Partner with the pharmacy team on drug sourcing strategy

• Collaborate with the growth strategy team to bring client insights into pre-sale collateral

Shape the post-sale client lifecycle

• Find pathways to expand client relationships, including deeper collaboration (e.g., through care navigation partners) to increase member engagement, as well as commercial opportunities to grow account revenue

• Define the cadence for post-sale communications and the optimal operational model for each client type

What We're Looking For

Required

• Passion for delivering high-quality care and improving patients' lives

• Strong data fluency, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Fluency and interest in using AI to innovate and solve problems at scale

• Excitement around solving hard problems in a scrappy, low-ego, ambiguous environment

• High attention to detail (and willingness to dive into the weeds)

• Comfort communicating with executive audiences (both internal and external)

• Alignment with Leap's values (see here)

Preferred

• 3–6 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, strategy, and/or operations roles at high-growth companies

• Prior experience working in healthcare

• HQ in the NYC (but open to applicants across the US!)

At Leap, we’re building an outlier company with real impact — and that takes focus, energy, and commitment. If that excites you, we’d love to hear from you.

Leap is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds. We’re committed to building a team that reflects a diversity of perspectives, experiences, and identities.
