Main Duties
• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of corporate accounts by strengthening client relationships, retaining volume and revenue, and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Monitor account performance, shipment volume, SLAs, KPIs, and revenue, proactively addressing risks and developing action plans to drive account growth.
• Lead client business reviews and serve as a key point of contact, confidently presenting performance updates and addressing business concerns.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and other internal teams to resolve client concerns, claims, disputes, and payment-related issues.
• Support the Relationship Manager through account reporting, onboarding activities, internal alignment, and mentoring of junior Relationship Executives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Account Management, Relationship Management, Stakeholder Management, or Client Coordination.
• Experience managing corporate, enterprise, or mid-to-large accounts is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident in presenting business performance and addressing client concerns.
• Experience in logistics or e-commerce is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with data and reports.
• Strong ownership, customer orientation, and leadership potential.
• Willing to attend client meetings/visits and work extended hours when necessary.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
