 Role Overview:

We are looking for an Associate – Operations (Delivery) to join our Delivery Operations team. The role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our instructor and mentor ecosystem and supporting the day-to-day delivery of learning programs. The candidate will primarily manage instructor/mentor concerns, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure the right resources are available and deployed effectively to support program delivery.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for instructors and mentors for operational and delivery-related concerns.

• Understand, address, and resolve instructor/mentor queries related to sessions, schedules, learner batches, assignments, and other delivery requirements.

• Coordinate with instructors and mentors to ensure smooth execution of scheduled sessions and program activities.

• Handle escalations professionally and coordinate with relevant internal teams for resolution.

• Maintain strong relationships with instructors and mentors to ensure a positive working experience.

• Communicate program updates, processes, schedules, and operational changes to instructors and mentors.

• Identify recurring challenges faced by instructors/mentors and suggest improvements to existing processes.

• Coordinate resource allocation based on program requirements, learner batches, schedules, and instructor/mentor availability.

• Track resource availability, utilization, schedules, and assignments.

 What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Operations, Operations, Program Operations, Delivery Operations, Customer Success, or a similar role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with instructors, mentors, and internal stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Ability to handle escalations and resolve operational concerns with a solution-oriented approach.

• Strong attention to detail and ownership of assigned responsibilities.

• Good working knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and other productivity tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in EdTech, education, SaaS, or service-based organizations is preferred.
