Executive

The Business Relationship Executive (BRE) is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers, generating business opportunities, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and order coordination.
• Follow up with customers for order finalization and payment collection.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Warehouse, and Sales teams for stock availability and dispatch.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide timely support.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and sales data.
• Support principals and channel partners for business development activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer handling ability.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems.
• Problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
