Introduction to the Role:

The Alliance Intern will support the Alliances team in managing and strengthening partnerships with Microsoft/ Amazon Web Services / ISVs by working closely with various partner programs such as Competencies, Service Delivery and incentive programs.
The role will involve assisting in aligning partner initiatives with business goals while gaining hands-on exposure to alliance management and partner ecosystems.
Job Responsibilities:

• Support partnership development by identifying potential partners aligned with Microsoft / Amazon Web Services/ ISV offerings and conducting market research on partner ecosystems.
• Assist in managingpartner relationships throughregular coordination, stakeholder communication, and follow-ups.
• Contribute to allianceplanning by trackinggoals, ongoing initiatives, and supporting documentation of partnership strategies.
• Work with internalteams to ensure alignment of services with partner programsand offerings
• Prepare and maintainreports, trackers, and documentation relatedto alliance performance and activities
• Support sales and marketing collaboration by assisting in GTM initiatives, campaigns, and partner-led events
• Monitor alliance performance by tracking KPIs,updating dashboards, and identifying gaps
• Act as a coordination point between internalteams and partnersto ensure seamless communication and execution
Role Requirements:

• 0–1 year of experience
• Basic understanding of partnerships, sales,or business development
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable interacting with different stakeholders (internal teams + partners)
