Talent Acquisition Lead
Job Description
Join Spotify’s Talent Acquisition team and help us find and engage the people who will shape what comes next. As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll partner closely with leaders and teams across JAPAC & SAMEA to understand their talent needs, proactively build thoughtful hiring strategies, and create an engaging experience for candidates and internal partners.
You’ll be a trusted talent partner to the business, bringing strong stakeholder management, recruiting expertise, mentorship and market insight to hiring decisions. You’ll balance strategic partnership with hands-on execution, helping teams make clear, informed decisions while keeping the candidate experience at the heart of what we do.
What You'll Do
•
Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand their business priorities and translate them into effective hiring strategies.

Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, using data, market knowledge, and sound judgment to influence hiring decisions.
•
Advise hiring teams on talent mapping, market dynamics, candidate expectations, and recruiting best practices.
•
Create an inclusive, consistent, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
•
Use recruiting data and insights to proactively identify opportunities, measure progress, and continuously improve how we hire.
•
Manage recruiters across the JAPAC/SAMEA Talent Acquisition team, sharing expertise, providing coaching, and helping raise the bar for how we work together.
•
Collaborate with global Talent Acquisition colleagues and cross-functional partners across Spotify, sharing knowledge and contributing to broader talent initiatives.
•
Own end-to-end recruitment for roles across your area, from intake and talent mapping through interviews, offer, and close.
Who You Are

You have experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-moving, complex organization.
•
You build trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders and are comfortable constructively challenging thinking and processes when it leads to better hiring decisions.

You can translate business priorities into clear and practical talent strategies.
•
You communicate with clarity and empathy and can adapt your approach to different audiences and situations.
•
You know how to manage competing priorities while maintaining a thoughtful and high-quality stakeholder experience.
•
You use data, market insight, and human judgment to anticipate needs, inform decisions and influence.
•
You care deeply about equitable and inclusive hiring and look for ways to build fairness into recruiting processes.
•
You are collaborative, curious, and comfortable navigating change and ambiguity.
Where You'll Be
•
This role is based in Singapore.
•
We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best ! There will be some in-person meetings but it still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask that you come to the office 3 times per week.
