Job Title: Quality Assurance Auditor
Key Requirements
Education:
• Minimum: Diploma in Electronics / Electrical or 12th + ITI in Electronics/Electrical, or equivalent.
Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in customer-facing, field operations, service or audit roles.
Other Requirements
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to customers in simple language.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and mobile/customer service applications.
• Strong observation and attention to detail.
• Ability to conduct unannounced field audits and report findings accurately.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• High integrity and accountability while reporting field observations and audit findings.
• Ability to independently plan and manage a multi-stop daily field schedule.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned cluster.
