Lead Mechatronics Engineer - System Integration and Desing_EM

Job Description:

• Serve as technical authority and design lead for e-axle and distributed drive mechatronic systems
• Develop system-level mechatronic concepts integrating motor, power electronics, gearbox, and housing.
• Lead architectural decisions, interface definitions, and key design parameter ownership
• Create and optimize mechatronic designs using CAD tools, performing simulations and virtual validation to ensure performance, safety, durability, and manufacturability.
• Coordinate and provide technical guidance to cross-functional development teams and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with functional safety, quality, cost, and timeline targets
• Drive continuous improvement of design methodologies.
