Manager of M&A Integration

ServiceNow is searching for an experienced Manager of M&A; integration to support all phases of post-acquisition integration who is strategically and operationally focused.  This candidate has strong business and strategic judgement and can support multiple integration efforts simultaneously while ensuring that deal value drivers are met.  The ideal candidate must have experience in M&A; integration and a proven track record of success.  The candidate must also possess excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.  If you are a results-oriented individual who has a strategic mindset and is eager to make a real impact, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support post-acquisition integration ensuring value realization objectives are met including integration strategy development, planning, execution, and performance management
• Plan integration strategies, value realization initiatives, operational priorities including issue-free day one partnering with business and functional stakeholders
• Support execution management including establishment of the IMO and driving meeting cadence to provide program updates, make decisions and address issues
• Support integration cost development and tracking
• Support the M&A; scorecard process including development and tracking of KPIs
• Continually incorporate lessons learned and contribute to the continual improvement of the integration process including playbooks and tools
