Director of M&A Integration

ServiceNow is searching for an experienced Director of M&A; integration to lead all phases of post-acquisition integration who is strategically and operationally focused. This candidate has strong business and strategic judgement and can lead multiple integration efforts simultaneously while ensuring that deal value drivers are met. The ideal candidate must have significant experience in M&A; integration and a proven track record of success. The candidate must also possess excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities
• Lead post-acquisition integration ensuring value realization objectives are met including integration strategy development, planning, execution, and performance management
• Set integration strategy aligning the acquisition thesis, value drivers, and operational priorities
• Partner with business and functional stakeholders and teams to develop value realization and operational integration plans and lead execution management
• Establish governance to ensure effective planning and execution of the integration program including the ability to influence without direct authority
• Oversee integration cost development
• Monitor and ensure day to day delivery of key strategic and financial objectives of acquisitions through the M&A; scorecard process
• Continually incorporate lessons learned and contribute to the continual improvement of the integration process including playbooks and tools
