Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, with experience working within a consumer facing organisation, to own the strategy behind some of our most important innovative consumer propositions, partnering with Product from the earliest stages of discovery through to launch. You'll help identify customer problems worth solving, shape product direction, define compelling propositions and ensure every product we build delivers meaningful customer and commercial impact.

This is a strategic, upstream role. You'll work alongside Product Managers, Designers, Researchers and Analysts to bring customer, market and competitive insight into the 0-1 product process. You'll influence directly what gets built, who it's built for and how we create products that can then scale in market.

What you will own:

Product strategy & discovery

• Partner with the Innovation & Growth Domains from discovery through to launch, helping identify customer problems, validate opportunities and shape product direction.
• Bring together customer, market and competitor insight to influence roadmap priorities and identify where we can create the greatest value.
• Define target customer segments, value propositions and positioning for new products and features.
Proposition & Go-to-Market

• Lead product marketing for new innovations, propositions and features from concept through launch and optimisation.
• Turn complex product capabilities into compelling customer propositions that drive understanding, adoption and growth.
• Measure product adoption and customer outcomes, using insight and experimentation to continuously improve performance.
Leadership & influence

• Build trusted partnerships across Product, Design, Research, Analytics and Marketing to deliver customer and commercial outcomes.
• Influence senior stakeholders through evidence, customer insight and commercial thinking.
• Champion modern product marketing by using AI and emerging technologies to accelerate customer insight, proposition development and decision-making.
