Job Description
Client Relationship Management
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention

• Identify new business opportunities
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
• Upsell and cross-sell products/services to existing clients
3. Client Acquisition
• Prospect and onboard new customers
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
4. Customer Service and Support
• Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions
5. Market Knowledge
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
• Provide insights to improve products and services
6. Reporting and Documentation
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts
