Job Description
• Segment ownership in the CCON production flow with responsibility for the internal defect cost, process quality gates and claim handling
• Monitoring of quality indicators, leading of own projects to improve relevant KPIs
• Leading of production related customer claims in 8D systematic
• Derivation and implementation of failure prevention measures and systematic improvements
• Support in supplier claims
• Risk evaluation of part deviations in close collaboration with the international development team
• Derivation of quality assurance plans for new products
• Preparing and assisting in conducting audits
