Job Description
• Document and visualize the current end-to-end FTCD process landscape and related activities.
• Support the implementation of process improvements and harmonization initiatives together with business stakeholders.
• Contribute to the global rollout of FTCD processes and related transformation initiatives, including lessons learned from the HS Code Review Project.
• Coordinate rollout activities, stakeholder alignment, training preparation, and communication actions.
• Support operational and project-related activities to ensure successful implementation of process changes.
• Act as a key support to the FTCD Process Owner and contribute to the continuous optimization of tariff classification processes.
• Support the handover of stabilized processes and governance structures to the responsible process organization.
