Job Description
As an Information & Process Analyst Intern, you will support the understanding, structuring, and improvement of how information and processes are managed within the organization.
Your role will involve gathering information from different stakeholders, understanding processes and needs, transforming complex information into clear and structured content, and supporting the identification of improvement and digitalization opportunities.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Conducting interviews and gathering information from different stakeholders;
• Analyzing and documenting processes, activities, responsibilities, and information flows;
• Creating process maps, workflows, and other structured representations of processes;
• Organizing and simplifying information from multiple sources;
• Creating documentation, reports, guidelines, and content for knowledge bases;
• Identifying gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for process improvement;
• Supporting digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives;
• Exploring the use of technologies such as AI, process mining, and digital tools in the context of processes;
• Supporting the preparation of presentations and materials to communicate results.
