We own and manage the Salesforce ecosystem, building the sophisticated platform that empowers our teams to drive revenue and cross-sell services across Grab's diverse business verticals. We combine deep CRM expertise with custom fullstack development to orchestrate complex workflows and system integrations that scale alongside Grab's evolving commercial needs.

Get to Know the Role

As the Engineering Lead, you will oversee the development of our cutting-edge software solutions, leading a team of experienced engineers, and driving technical projects across our organization.

You will report to the Head of Commercial System and work onsite in Grab office based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will lead and mentor a team of fullstack developers, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• You will collaborate with product managers and partners to define technical requirements and architectural decisions
• You will oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance
• You will establish coding standards, development processes, and quality assurance practices
• You will conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• You will optimize application performance, security, and reliability
• You will stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing improvements as needed
• You will participate in technical decision-making and contribute to the overall technology strategy of the organization
• You will manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure high-quality releases
