Director of Sales & Marketing
Are you a strategic thinker, a results-driven leader, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? As our Team Leader Sales and Marketing, you will drive performance, inspire a high-energy team, and take our sales efforts to the next level across a portfolio of hotels.
Your Key Tasks
• Lead and manage all sales initiatives for a portfolio of selected hotels in area of responsibility
• Coach, mentor, and motivate a small but dynamic team of Account Managers to achieve outstanding results.
• Maximize revenue growth by implementing strategic sales and marketing activities aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and drive new business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize sales and marketing potential.
