Job Description
Our clients ask us to make sense of complex, ambiguous problem spaces across digital transformation initiatives, spanning products, platforms, operating models, and data. As a Senior BA here, you’re a problem framer and synthesiser, not an order taker, who turns research, stakeholder input, and data into clear options, a recommendation, and a practical path to value. You partner closely with Product, Delivery, Engineering and Design to shape the “why/what”, enable the “how”, and de-risk delivery end to end.
As a Senior Business Analyst you will deliver for clients today and lean in to building the BA capability here, growing their careers alongside the function as TDG grows.
