Role Overview

We are seeking a Logistics Sourcing Associate to support procurement activities across North America (NA) and LATAM. This role will focus on logistics-related indirect procurement, driving value through cost optimization, supplier management, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sourcing and procurement activities across logistics categories for NA and LATAM markets.
• Manage and evaluate suppliers across freight, packaging, and warehousing services.
• Analyze and balance cost, service reliability, and risk in sourcing decisions.
• Contribute to sourcing strategies for multimodal freight, packaging, and warehousing operations.
• Track and interpret commodity indices (e.g., resin, steel, fuel, labor, space) to support commercial decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
