Role OverviewWe are seeking high-potential Program Manager to support strategic and operational projects across the organization. The role offers structured on-the-job training with hands on exposure to end-to-end project execution, working closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities Run pilots, visit sites to gather actionable insights, present to leadership and scale the pilot● Run end-to-end project planning & execution with senior leadership guidance.● Own data collection, validation, governance, and reporting across multiple business functions.● Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely availability for leadership decision making● Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, root causes, risks, and actionable recommendations for leadership.● Analyze project data to identify risks, delays, and improvement opportunities● Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely milestone completion● Assist in streamlining workflows, documentation, and SOPs● Prepare status reports, presentations, and review material for management
Eligibility & Skills:
Education● Bachelor’s degree in Business Management / Engineering (B.Tech) or related field
Technical Skills● Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint● Comfortable using AI tools and AI first mindset● Exposure to data analysis or dashboards (Power BI preferred) Behavioral Skills● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities● High ownership & self starter● Curious to learn about various business functions - Ops, Fin, Systems, Marketing etc● Effective communication and stakeholder coordination● High learning agility with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset● Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Growth & Development● Structured training and mentorship from experienced project managers● Hands-on exposure to live, cross-functional projects● Defined career progression to Sr. Program Manager roles based on performance
