MDM Senior Software Development Engineer
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement Semarchy xDM / Informatica MDM / Talend MDM or any other MDM data models aligned with business needs
• Ready to learn and implement Semarchy xDM
• Configure business rules, validations, and enrichment logic
• Implement and optimize matching rules, duplicate detection, and merge strategies
• Define and manage survivorship rules for accurate golden record creation
• Manage merge and unmerge processes while ensuring data traceability
• Design and maintain workflows for data governance and stewardship
• Collaborate with business and data stakeholders to translate requirements
• Participate in unit testing, defect fixing, and documentation
