We are looking for analytically strong and tech-savvy master’s graduates with a drive to make a difference, who will drive Bosch's data-driven transformation with us in our Junior Managers Program. If you burn for data analytics, machine learning, and strategic challenges and aspire to build a leadership career, we want to meet you.
Over an intensive 12 to 24-month journey, you will rotate through predominantly commercial and IT-related departments in Germany and abroad. Your mission is to gain a deep understanding of our business and data-driven decision-making processes, while building expertise in data analytics, digitalization, and machine learning.
You will analyze complex challenges, identify optimization potentials along our business processes, and collaborate with specialist departments to develop innovative, data-based, digital solutions. In doing so, you will work on strategically relevant topics such as market analyses, forecasting, and the development of data-driven business decisions.
Your academic foundation:
You have graduated with an outstanding (full-time) Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, (Business) Informatics, or a related field. Your focus ideally lies on topics such as data analytics, data science, machine learning, or quantitative methods. Perhaps you already bring an MBA, PhD, or initial work experience.
