• Leadership of Controlling & Commercial Topics: You will lead and coordinate the Controlling & Commercial Topics team for Bosch Rexroth Blaj, ensuring transparency, reliability, and business-oriented decision support across all relevant financial and commercial processes.
• End-to-End Controlling Process Ownership: You will take full responsibility for ensuring the complete controlling process flow, including planning, forecasting, reporting, monthly closing support, cost center controlling, product costing, variance analysis, and management reporting. You will make sure that controlling processes are executed reliably, accurately, and in line with Bosch Rexroth standards.
• Business Partnering for Manufacturing and Operations: You will act as a close business partner for production, logistics, engineering, purchasing, and plant management. You will support operational decision-making by translating financial figures into actionable insights and by proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and improvement measures.
• Performance and Cost Management: You will monitor and steer financial performance for the assigned Business Units, including manufacturing costs, productivity, overheads, investments, inventories, and profitability. You will challenge deviations, initiate countermeasures, and support the achievement of financial and operational targets.
• Potential Growth Opportunity - Commercial Sales Controlling: In addition to the core factory-focused controlling responsibilities, the role may be expanded to include the commercial sales controlling scope as a further growth opportunity for the position, depending on the candidate's experience, development, and readiness. This additional scope may be transferred directly or developed step by step and includes overseeing, training, and steering commercial sales activities from a financial and process perspective, such as credit management, invoicing processes, commercial sales support, customer-related financial topics, and commercial steering of the sales team. You will ensure that these processes are executed professionally, efficiently, and in compliance with internal guidelines.
• Team Coordination in a Broad and Complex Task Environment: You will coordinate a small team with a high variety of responsibilities, including BU Business Partner controlling, back-office controlling support, commercial activities, reporting, and process-related topics. The complexity of the role requires strong prioritization, clear task allocation, and the ability to balance operational details with management-level steering.
• Student Development and Talent Pipeline: You will oversee, train, and develop working students supporting the controlling and commercial team. These students are an important source for future controllers and must be guided, coached, and prepared to successfully grow into more advanced responsibilities, especially when existing team members move into further development opportunities.
• People Development and Succession Planning: You will actively support the development of team members and future talents by building know-how, ensuring knowledge transfer, and creating structured learning opportunities. A key part of the role is to strengthen the long-term stability and capability of the controlling organization.
• Stakeholder Management: You will work closely with local and international stakeholders, including Business Unit representatives, plant management, sales, finance, logistics, central functions, and external interfaces where required. The position requires excellent communication skills, strong business understanding, and the ability to handle different stakeholder expectations professionally.
• Process Improvement, Digitalization and SAP S/4HANA Implementation.
