Sample Management Expert with French

Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:

You will offer support to the Project Manager in the pre-order phase (forecast updates, clarification of technical content, etc.);

You will coordinate sample planning and maintain sample forecasts in the planning tools;

You will receive and process sample orders from the customer;

You will perform commercial and compliance checks and initiate required approval workflows

You will confirm the technical definition with the (Technical) Project Manager;

You will ensure that the customer requirement of each order is transmitted to the Plant;

You will provide sample reporting and documentation and act as an interface between Customer Teams, ENG, PUR, Supply Chain, and customers;

You will inform the customer about the planned delivery dates.
