Job Description

• You take over a project of Power Semiconductor Product managing all project-related communications, in cooperation with R&D;, Manufacturing in Germany and our cooperation partner in China.
• You translate customer requirements (technical, commercial, and quality) into clear internal work packages.
• You plan and control the project lifecycle from concept through manufacturing setup to Serial Production (SOP) and official product release in cooperation with the joint-venture partner,
• You ensure project target QCD;
• You proactively manage customer expectations, handle escalations, and drive initiatives to achieve and improve customer satisfaction.
• You lead a cross-functional international project team, fostering collaboration between technical experts, supply chain, and quality assurance.
• You represent the project and report in review committee and to management.
