Job Description
**Executive Summary:**
The Sales Engineer/Assistant Manager will drive revenue growth for Bosch Rexroth's Agriculture segment by managing the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation and customer relationship development through to project closure and customer satisfaction. This role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen, requiring the successful candidate to develop innovative solutions, negotiate complex proposals, and ensure exceptional customer experiences whilst achieving all key performance indicators.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Generate new business enquiries and identify market opportunities within the Agriculture segment
• Conduct regular customer visits to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships
• Develop and present techno-commercial proposals, leading negotiations to secure contracts
• Drive new projects by introducing innovative concepts and Bosch Rexroth products to expand market share
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and resolve quality issues with highest priority
• Achieve all assigned key performance indicators and sales targets
