Job Description
Good domain knowledge of Finance & Accounting. Fair understanding F&A; process P2PPerform process quality checks as per frequency & sampling strategy.Provide feedback to associates on performance quality.Attend Calibration Calls (Internal and External) and ensure a minimum variance in assessmentCCRP process adherence, record keeping and analysis.Analyse root cause of the errors and prepare error trend analysis and reduction plansUndertake quality improvement initiativesPrepare process specific reports.Participate in reviews/meetings.Share inputs for Process Training.Tracking SLA CTQs related to process accuracy.Client communication
