Bilingual Project Manager - CTO

Job Title = Project Manager

Location = Burlington, On L7L 6A4

As a Konecranes Project Manager, you will own assigned projects from order handoff through completion, coordinating internal and external stakeholders while managing customer expectations. You will manage your project backlog, maintain accurate forecasts, and ensure projects are executed within established budget, scope, and schedule while proactively addressing risks and escalating issues when necessary.

You will report to the Senior Project Manager assigned in the region.

You Will:

• Manage assigned projects from order handoff through project completion.
• Ensure internal and external kick-off meetings occur for each assigned project.
• Monitor project deliverables to ensure budget, schedule and scope commitments are being met.
• Maintain timely and accurate project data, documentation, forecasting and communication.
• Proactively communicate project status, milestones, risks, required actions, and schedule changes to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate project activities across Engineering, Order Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Installation, Service, Sales, and other supporting functions as required.
• Foster positive relationships with customers, internal stakeholders and key business partners.
• Follow established standard operating procedures and project execution processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen project execution and the overall customer experience.
