Job Description
• Independent responsibilities for end-to-end internship recruitment program at HcP Plant and R&D; Center, HR reporting and other fields of interest.
• Support and follow up both internal & external employer branding activities and project tasks including managing job posting, holding plant tours and job fair events, seminars in institutes (college, university, etc..), contacting vendors and claiming expenses.
• Fully in charge of data entry task: new hires, candidate information, employee database, health checkup.
• Other tasks ad hoc tasks as assigned by TA supervisor & HRBP.
